The Finance Department provides the day-to-day accounting and management of the City's funds.
This Department works closely with the Administrative Department to develop the City's annual budget and is responsible for revenue collections, cashiering, accounts receivable and utility billing. Finance Officer Susan Scarlett is contracted with the City of Portola to provide Finance Services to the City. Any inquires will be directed to the City Manager's Office.
City of Portola is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
